I just noticed that we are inconsistent about how we say "East-Asian", sometimes with, sometimes without, the hyphen. My gut instinct is without the hyphen, but I figure CW & MB may know better than I. If no one says anything I'll plan to make 'em consistent w/ no hyphen over the weekend.
