This is puzzling. The title page in the ODD source for the title page 
was changed to match the text agreed by the Board some time last August 
as the repository shows. But the web site and the PDF currently display 
only an abbreviated version of the title page -- I assume this must be 
hard wired into Sebastian's conversion process.
