[tei-council] next council meeting: Ireland needs a reply

I'd be free during that time period. And would be happy to attend a 
meeting in Galway. Assuming, that is, that the backlog for US passport 
renewals is in fact no worse than the 8-12 weeks I've heard; mine had
expired and I sent off a renewal application last week largely with an 
eye toward TEI meetings next year.
