[tei-council] next council meeting: Ireland needs a reply

Hi Arianna,

Indeed, this catches us all at an awkward time of transition. I'll bring
it up at the board as well, though on this list it is worthwhile
discussing what we would be doing at such a meeting--i.e. fits in well
with the discussion Christian began on whither council.
