Well, I guess this hasn't been decided in the new order of things, however, 
in interests of transparency, I don't think there should be any difference 
in council members pointing out a bug/typo/etc. and members of the public. 
  I.e. we should both use the same method.  In that case I think the bug 
tracking software at Sourceforge is suitable and public-facing.

Just set the category of bug to 'documentation' if it is a Guidelines typo 
I guess.
