While there may be some grudging consensus that this is slightly broken,
I have yet to see any consensus as to what the right fix would be. And I
agree with Sebastian that once you start making small changes like this,
you rapidly return to a world of permanent flux. So I would much rather
see this topic written up as a trac ticket, have a quick round of
discussion on council, and get the solution ready for the next release
in April.
