Ah. I guess I was thinking the kosher way would be to point from the
<moduleRef>'s url= to an obvious canonical permanent web location for
an RNG grammar (with an ns=) for the OASIS table model, rather than
to a trang-converted then hacked version on my local hard drive.

Although yes, I guess re-writing the external markup scheme in ODD is
the Hassidic approach. :-)
