Umm ... I feel a bit uneasy saying this, as I was (and still am)
against the idea that the definition of conformance includes the
principle of namespace purity, but ...

When you add a new element in Roma, it still puts it in the TEI
namespace. I am pretty sure we agreed in Berlin that Roma should by
default put new elements in a user-defined namespace, while still
allowing the user to insist that it be put in the TEI namespace.

Also, the newly added element gets stuck into the ODD with
mode=change instead of mode=add.
