I don't know enough about the bibliographic systems that are mentioned,
but besides changing the references to names as per the new ND content,
we also need to change the reference to @value for dates.

Also
<biblScope type="pages"> should be <biblScope type="pp">
and
<biblScope type="volume"> should be <biblScope type="vol">
