I don't know BibTex at all, and Procite (no longer supported) and
Endnote both use RIS at one level.

Markus Hoenicka knows RIS backwards and forwards and converts them to
TEI biblStruct and I believe BibTex. I'm ccing him on this in case he
has a list at hand.
