As we now have several places in the Guidelines where there is need to 
exemplify TEI modifications, and as such modifications have to use a 
non-TEI namespace, and in order to facilitate validation of the TEI 
source text, I have now defined a single namespace
http://www.example.org/ns/nonTEI
which all examples of TEI modifications will use. I've tweaked the P5 
validation files p5odds and p5odds-ex accordingly.

This also meant modifying very slightly the version of the NH chapter 
which Syd checked in this morning.
