Ummm ... there is an English example, now. (Personally, I think
having all 3 is overkill, and we could well lose the Italian.)

But I on re-reading, I realize there is a big "Oops" on my part --
apparently I suffered a small TIA, and the English example didn't
make it into all of the "Multiple Encodings of Same Information"
section. I have dutifully put it in there, and will send the updated
NH to Lou -- oops, no, I just accidentally committed it.

Lou: also fixed a bug in ST, and added further filtering to oNVDL
validation in Makefile as per discussion w/ Sebastian.
