[tei-council] class renamings

I've now done the following class renamings:
 
*  model.entryParts and model.entryParts.top are now model.entryPart and 
model.entryPart.top respectively.

* model.xmlPhrase is now model.phrase.xml

I haven't yet done the following, but am considering them:

model.entryLike -> model.divPart.entry (or model.divPart.dict)

model.divBottom -> model.divPart.bottom
model.divBottomPart -> model.divPart.bottom.only
model.divTop -> model.divPart.top
model.divTopPart -> model.divPart.top.only
model.divWrapper -> model.divPart.border

The motivation for these and the other changes is of course to apply the 
naming rules consistently and universally.
