[tei-council] formatting <biblStruct>

The eagle-eyed will have spotted that the formatting of
http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/P5/Guidelines-web-beta/en/html/BIB.html
is pretty much pants.

If any of you have a working library of XSLT
code to process <biblStruct>, could you give
me a copy? much as I love this sort of thing,
I'd actually prefer to spend the day fixing Roma
(or, better, going back to bed and listening to the
radio, but thats another story).
