I haven't done any thorough editing at all, but have made some
updates: 
* format of some dates & times
* encding of <gi>
* wording of action item on NH -- the English example was not a
  "block" -- last call it was given lower priority than other stuff,
  so we did the other stuff first and I did not accomplish the
  English running example by the deadline, and thought (apprently
  incorrectly) that I was no longer supposed to do so. (The task
  remains the same, to get the running English example in by 09-30,
  but the reasoning is completely different.)
