As you'll see on TEI-L, I have pressed the Big Red button again
(well, that's shorthand for spending an hour or three
going through all the things to be done for  a release).

I am going to monitor changes to the specs from on,
so that I can reassure people who pick
up 0.9 now with a precise list of changes between
now and release.
