don't hold your breath for the XSD and DTD buttons. Technically
possible,  but I am not sure I'll live long enough to implement it myself.

Possibly. I think I agree it would be desirable, but I am not clear 
where to put the
"Switch to display of compact  RELAX NG" button. Any idea? To get it to 
apply
to every page, I'd have to store the preferred mode in a cookie, so it 
would be
fiddly to get right.  If you can provide a complete detailed spec for 
the facility, I could
maybe work on it, but I don't want to start thinking up the spec myself 
at this time.

I am waiting to hear some other than Lou express a view on these. 
Personally,
I'd just drop the whole section
