[tei-council] manuscript images for use in Guidelines

Since no-one seems to have any freely-licensed images,
I have contacted the owners of Robert Graves' diary,
and the poems of Wilfred Owens, and asked them
to licence some images. The Graves people have agreed
(not heard back from route to Owen yet[1]), so
I'll get some decent pics from Martin Holmes,
and persuade Lou to rewrite the relevant sentences

its a slow process being legal... but seems preferable
to the cease and desist notice from Valerie Eliot.

[1] yes yes i know he is dead.. but he has an Estate!
