[tei-council] stemma modeling

Dear Council,

I've updated the stemma report and moved it to 
http://clover.slavic.pitt.edu/~djb/2007_xml-stemma/2007_xml-stemma.html 
. The new version includes an XSLT script for direct XML-to-SVG 
transformation (bypassing Graphviz or comparable intermediaries), which 
may be a useful proof of concept for potential users who might otherwise 
think "yeah, it's a clever model, but how do I render it for my users?" 
(which is not an unfair question).
