[tei-council] audio quality of conference call

Dear Council,

Is Skype the problem with the audio on our conference calls? Should we 
try an alternative conference call system next time? I don't remember 
our having problems of this type back when Perry was running the calls 
out of Indiana.

In cany case, the quality was poor enough on today's call, especially 
toward the end, that we were unable to conduct much of our business. If 
we can avoid that problem by changing the way we configure our calls, we 
probably should.
