I reckon Lou's had enough fun with this, and its time to
put a stop to it.

Hands up all those who think that
"Historical data" is simply the wrong title for this chapter,
which deals with <place>, <person>, <org>
and the naming and dating stuff.

I'd also note that no-one is currently tasked
with finalizing the names of modules. Is
anyone bothered?
