[tei-council] upcoming teleconference for the TEI Council on Jul 17 1200 UTC

Dear Council members,

This is just a reminder that we have a scheduled telecon coming up next week
 on Tuesday (I triple checked and hope I got it right this time).

As usual, please look at
http://www.tei-c.org/Council/tcm31.xml?style=printable and finish any open
issues that have deadlines coming up soon (or even overdue deadlines).  It
would be good if you could report on this to the list before the telecon.  I
would also like to ask those preparing documents for review to post them by
Friday so that we have the weekend to digest it.

Again as usual, I am collecting items for the agenda.  If you feel something
is missing in our plans or else something that is in need of attention and
discussion, please drop me a line.

One last thing, in view of the technical difficulties with the past 2
meetings:  Sebastian, could you please check with highspeedconferencing to
see if this could be a problem on their side?  And for all of us:  Should we
rather go back to the previous setup of using the Univ. of Michigan
conference system?  Please voice your opinions.
