 <remarks>
    <p>Attributes using this datatype must contain a single
    <soCalled>word</soCalled> which contains only letters, digits,
    punctuation characters, or symbols: thus it cannot include
    whitespace.</p>

Really interesting point. This is a leftover from our rapid change
from plural datatypes to singular datatypes with number of occurences
controlled by the surrounding <datatype> element. The spec isn't
wrong, it correctly describes data.word. However, roughly 1/4 of all
times this datatype is used, it is used in a <datatype
maxOccurs=unbounded>. Does Council think the remaks in data.word
should the remarks mention this?
