[tei-council] another release of P5

I have let things slip a bit by putting a slightly later database 
underneath Roma than
the official release, and I'd like to clean that up next week if I can 
by making
a new complete release.

Can any of you preparing material or making fixes tell me
if you have stuff in the pipeline that you want me to wait for,
or things in place that you think are seriously misleading?
