those of you who made requests may like to

now. I have made a few changes:

 - backlinks from footnotes to text
 - toggleable display between RNG and RNC display of schema
 - process <mentioned> and <foreign> right
 - remove spurious notes from top level
 - proper recursive display of class members
- redid the highlighting of XML code to allow distinct renditions of
   element name, attribute name, attribute value, comments etc (tho
   not all used, as it makes the page look like a fruit salad if you are
   not careful)

I might sort out parent lists soon if I feel strong.
