If we are serious about using TRAC to get this job done, could the junta 
responsible please tidy it up a bit? In particular : is "rahtz" the same 
sentient being as "sebastian" and do we need both of them?  The former 
has dozens of tickets, most but not all of which I believe are now 
superannuated; the latter has only three. Sorry if this was explained 
earlier and I missed it in the welter of other buziness.
