I think this belongs in formatting desiderata, so I have added it to the list
that Dot and I are compiling.

Both now added to list to check when looking at the CSS.

What element is the word wrapped in in the source?

I thought I indeed thanked you... but simply wanted to point out that the
grammar was lax because it was a strawman draft so I hadn't improved it even to
my usual barely-literate standards. It has now almost entirely been rewritten.
(Good thing I didn't sort out all the restrictive clauses, Lou deleted almost
everything I wrote anyways.)

Added to the list of formatting concerns to double-check.
