[tei-council] New version of ND checked in

There having been no comment on the nym proposals since I announced them 
here over a month ago, I have now integrated them into a new version of 
chapter ND. I took the opportunity also of correcting a few anomalies in 
the class system, as discussed on this list earlier today.

I haven't, however, done anything yet with the proposed changes to 
introduce <place> and <listPlace>. I think this needs more discussion.

The new version and associated changes are, as ever, checked into the 
trunk of the svn
repository, rather than the council branch.  If no one is currently 
working on files in the latter, maybe someone ought to bring it up to 
date with the trunk, since there have been quite a few minor and not so 
minor tweaks since it was forked.

I will put an updated HTML version of the new chapter into the Drafts 
web page later this evening. Dinner first.
