[tei-council] "TEI Interchange" chapter

This was one of the chapters I found inside my chocolate egg last Sunday.

Interesting as it is for connoisseurs of technology archaeology,
I can find more or less nothing in it worth saving for P5.

My recommendation is that we simply drop it.

Could I hear opinions to the contrary?
