And then we'd use the same phrase if it were a Schematron fragment?
Sounds OK to me, actually, as the two don't look in the least alike.
(And, as long as prefixes are used, wouldn't look alike even if we
used the XML syntax.)

Last I knew it was a DIS, but ... whadayaknow, I just checked, and
yes, it is indeed now a full-fledged ISO standard (stage "60.60", aka
"International Standard published"). And it has been so since early
2004 or so, which shows you how well I was paying attention!

So if you want to spend just over USD 100, you can get your very own
copy.
