Thus ODD has a place to store the namespace used.  That is all I was
requiring, and you tell me it can already do it. :-)  Ok, on a per element
basis could be confusing since if I have multiple namespaces and am adding
a new one, Roma has no way to know which one I might want as the default.
Wait until I add one then use the last added one I say.
