Ok, when I feed my ODD back into Roma, how does it know the namespace(s) of
the elements I added last time?

I'd have no problem with that.  But it would be good if Roma remembered
this for the session at least and used as a default the namespace I used
for the last 3 elements I added.  That would satisfy me.
