 Following up on SFFR 1308688, I have now checked in a preliminary 
attempt at defining a new floatingText element, and made a number of 
minor changes in the wording of some other chapters (mostly DS and DR) 
to explain what it is and how it's different from the existing <text>

I *really really* need some real examples though. Anyone care to 
volunteer some?
