[tei-council] What to do with an easter egg

A quick question:
if identifiers are missing for divisions of @type div3

e.g. <div type="div3"><head 
xmlns="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0">Declaring attributes</head>

should we add them (possibly following the existing model if consistent 
in that chapter, otherwise following the editorial guidelines) or we 
can/should leave it?
