Alright, only 1 is procedural, the other is really technical.

The formatting of the PDF is lovely, and it is very nice to read
something pretty for a change. But why only the PDF? While I agree
that it is too early to check this draft into the development trunk
on Sourceforge, it certainly could at least have been made available
as on ODD with the associated fscicule output (e.g. HTML & PDF), if
not checked into a separate branch.

But I'm also having a technical problem with Perforce. I don't know
exactly when, but some point between the files' check-in (03-15) and
today I synched my laptop and it dutifully downloaded the file. When
I issue `p4 sync` on my laptop I am told 'File(s) up-to-date.'. On my
desktop at work I issued `p4 sync` both yesterday and today. When I
issue `p4 sync` right now I am told 'File(s) up-to-date.'. But the
file //TEI/web/Council/conformance-draft.pdf does not exist on my
desktop! I am quite confident I did not erase it, and even if I had,
wouldn't Perforce replace it on a `sync`? Anyone have any idea as to
what might be going on?
