Conal is currently working on an instance document for testing the
ODD, based on the sample projects I sent him last month. The ODD is
currently on the TEI wiki:

http://www.tei-c.org.uk/wiki/index.php/FacsimileMarkupODD

It lacks documentation and is unchanged from the last conference call.
Conal and I expect that once the test instance is complete there will
be a certain amount of back-and-forthing, modifying the ODD and then
the instance to make sure it all does what we want it to do. Earlier
this week, Conal thought that the instance would be finished by the
end of this week, but I don't know how much we will have done before
the call on Monday.
