Probably not as much as is required to keep supporting DTDs,
actually. Stuff like maintaining SGML declarations, testing it
with genuine SGML software and so on.

I think Syd probably has a better idea. I just
cant bear the thought of finding out!

do you fancy using SGML again, Conal?
