[tei-council] Timetable

Dear council/editors,

Given the amount of work to do before P5 1.0 is released, is a release date of
"before the end of 2006" still feasible?  I ask because this is the date which
is advertised on http://www.tei-c.org/P5/ ... perhaps we should change this to
'early 2007'?  I didn't want to do so myself without mentioning it.
