   We have a document for review by Council from Murray McGillivray,

   cf. subsequent discussion on tei-council.
   Please look at this and voice opinions prior to the call.  I would
   like to get away from the call with a clear picture of the road
   ahead.

NOTE: At the time of the call, I will still be travelling in Taiwan.
While I did make arrangements to be at a phone & net at the time, I
can't guarantee that I can make it.  In the unlikely event that I
can't connect, I would like to ask Lou to chair the meeting in lieu.
