[tei-council] adding (non-)Struct elements to <date> & <time>

Well, "hole in the corner" is a bit unfair I think. Those guys are not 
amateurs. In any case, I wasn't suggesting we should use TimeML as an 
external namespace, but rather that we might find it a useful source of 
inspiration.
