[tei-council] missed conference call

A very auspicious start for me as TEI chair.

My lame explanation is I set the alarm for 5 A.M. so I could get to  
the office by 7 A.M. in case of a transit strike here, and apparently  
didn't turn the alarm on.

Hope my absence didn't hold up any work
