On the positive side, it's a good test to see if you have a real 0.2.1
TEI installed - just look
at <personGrp> and check you see the anomaly. If you do, you have the
version
of P5 which was current from 2200 GMT yesterday to 0900 GMT today (when
I froze things).

Gosh, making a new release of the TEI files everywhere they ought to be
is an exhausting process.
