[tei-council] TEI Council report to MM 2005

Dear Council members,

I have drafted a report to the members meeting.  It is now available

for your review.  Please look at this and report anything that you
feel is missing or weird here.  I would like to finalize this Friday
and hand it over to Lou for publication on the Website, so please give
