As I have said to Lou many times over the past few days, my only
problem with this scheme is that one man's Like is another man's Part.
So if I had made that table, it is quite likely that I'd have made
different decisions on some of the cases.  But I think the advantages
outweigh the disadvantages, in making it clear to the reader what
thoughts went through the mind of the Namer.  So I'm happy to commend
the thing, and suggest that it be Made So.

I think it's worth stressing that Lou's edw87a is actually following
the same train of thought as SB/SR/CW/JC last week did when they
compiled edw87.  So its not a choice between them, really; a finished
table in edw87 would have had the same problems as edw87a
