At the same time and for much the same reasons, I'm proposing to change 
the definition for tei.data.duration to be equivalent to xsd:duration 
only. I can't see any reason not to go with the ISO defined way of 
indicating duration. The only reason not to would be if you wanted to 
use an attribute defined as tei.data.duration to record durations in 
other units (e.g. microseconds, or centuries). Even assuming  anyone 
came up with a convincing use case the way to do that would be to define 
a different attribute, I think.
