[tei-council] which version of the stylesheets?

If I'm being an idiot I apologize in advance and blame the weather
for my inability to think. But is there any easy way to ascertain
which version of Sebastian's stylesheets are bundled with oXygen 6.0?
Is it really version 2.1 (which is the highest number associated with
the word "version" when I grep for it)? Is there some documentation I
should have read that would have told me?
