[tei-council] Next conference call

Dear Council members,

It occurred to me that I forgot to confirm a date for the next
conference call.  Keeping with our 2 month schedule, the next call
would be due end of March.  Since the last Monday might fall in the
Easter holiday in some areas, I propose to have the call on Monday
March 21, at 1300 UTC.

If that is not convenient for anybody, please speak out now!
