Dear Council Members,

Rewley House finally got back to me.  Find below the rates for using 
their meeting rooms and accommodation.  Unless Lou/Sebastian have other 
Oxford locations they want to suggest, then this is the proposed 
location should it be held in Oxford.  We could, of course, use
OUCS meeting rooms which would save a little bit.

Dear James

Many thanks for your email. Not really sure what happened to your last
email, as I do not seem to have received it! Any way!! I am pleased to
advise our rates are as follows:

Small meeting room which can accommodate up to 12 people  £50.00 per Half
day
	
£90.00 per full day

Larger meeting room which can accommodate up to 20 people £90.00 per half
day
	
£155.00 per full day

Tea & Coffee, which will be served in the Common Room £1.40 per person

Alternatively, we can deliver this to the meeting room at a cost of £2.50
per person.

Three Course Lunch £9.50 per person.

We can also provide a working sandwich lunch, which will be served in the
room, at a cost of £7.50 per person.

Single room bed & breakfast £52.75 per room per night

Should any of your residential delegates wish to dine in our restaurant in
the evening, we can provide a Three Course Dinner at £14.00 per person. This
however, must be booked in advance.

 From your email, I gather you are not familiar with Rewley house? If you
would like to come over one day to take a look around, I will be more than
happy to meet with you. Please feel free to give me a call, to arrange this.

I trust you will find the above information of interest. Once you have some
