Dear Council members,

Scheduling of meetings is notoriously difficult, but I will give it
another try. I will list up the options that have been surfacing so
far and hope that a show of hands somehow narrows them down.

1) Time

   Sebastian is unavailable April to mid-June. If we want to
   work around this, it could be either before or after:
    * End of March

    * Second half of June

   Otherwise, we could stary with our usual timing of mid-of-May (with
   a bit of flexibility, end of April has also been suggested.

2) Place

   We have I think heard three offers, Oxford, Copenhagen and
   Maryland.

   If we take the late June option, I would propose hold it in
   conjunction with ACH/ALLC, preferable after the conference.

Personally, I would not want to miss either Sebastian nor ACH/ALLC, so
the last option would be most convenient for me, but that is just one
vote.

So I would now like to formally ask all members of the Council for
next year to express their preferences.

All the best,

Christian
