[tei-council] Hosting a TEI council meeting

We haven't fixed the date yet, although Syd suggested end of April /
early May.  When would be a date suitable to your schedule?

Also, I assume having a Council meeting after the META tei-classes
meeting would be desirable, so the scheduling for that meeting should
also be done pretty soon.
